4 homes from the beach! This beautiful four bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located Oceanside, in desirable North Forest Beach. Constructed in 2002, and continually updated, this home boasts lovely Tommy Bahama style furnishings and a private pool & spa. A very easy walk, the beach access is a only 150 yards away! Bedding consists of two kings, one queen, two twins and a queen sofa bed.
Enjoy relaxing on the front patio, which is a Low country style veranda, or on the more private back deck overlooking the pool and Hot Tub. Ocean breezes and sounds will lure you to the beach as you enjoy your peaceful Hilton Head beach vacation.
Just a short bike ride away are the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza, Beach Market, Heritage Plaza and Circle Center. For added fun, play miniature golf or ride the island's network of bike paths.
*April - September we will provide FREE pool heat to all renters! This is a great value!
**March, October & November Pool heat is an additional $200

This home is perfect for 1-2 families or a group of friends vacationing together. There is plenty of parking for 4 cars. Pool and hot tub heat(upon request)

Our family loved staying at 1 Nighthawk 8/5-8/12. The bed and the pillows in the master on the first floor was so comfortable. My granddaughters kept borrowing them. We had such an enjoyable week. It was a quick walk to the beach, so we went there often. The proximity to Coligny was perfect for browsing and grocery shopping.I guess my favorite is the front porch. I loved it years ago when we stayed at this house and still love it.

Dawn is the best. I have rented from her many times and she never disappoints. She takes care of any issues or questions and is always interested in making sure her guests are satisfied. She has even helped me out finding another rental in the past when she didn't have anything available.

We just returned from a week and a half at 1 Nighthawk. Everything was great and we had a wonderful vacation! You just can't beat having a vacation rental that feels like home surrounded by nature and beautiful trees and only a short walk from a gorgeous noncrowded beach. The house was beautiful and clean and had everything needed. We enjoyed the great restaurants around and visiting Coligny shops, but we cooked in many nights and just enjoyed the beach, pool or the front porch. Thanks again Dawn for helping us have another fabulous vacation on HHI. We can't wait to return.
