Property Inspection and Upkeep
Our team personally inspects every property after every renter checks out and if anything is missing, broken, or needs attention we handle it right then and there. If we can't take care of a problem ourselves, we will call one of our local, professionals who can!
Property Cleaning
We only deal with the best cleaners on the island and they do a great job cleaning every time. Their cleaners and inspectors are thoroughly trained and have a customized checklist for each property. After they are done cleaning an inspector goes behind them to be 100% sure your property is perfectly clean and problem free for the next renter. When you come to visit, you won't have to spend the first day of your vacation cleaning and fixing things in your property - all you'll have to do is sit back and relax. That's our goal.
