This Courtside villa is a ground floor unit, all on one level, close to the pool and beach. A new Kitchen and Master Bath, new flooring, paint, furniture, linens, and HVAC system are just a few of the improvements that have been made in the past two years. This villa is an end unit, with one of the pools right outside either of 2 sets of sliding back doors! Courtside Villas are within a few blocks of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests can enjoy tennis privileges (up to one hour per day per unit). Courtside has two on-site pools, a lagoon, fountain, and off-street parking. The location is ideal as it is within a block of Circle Center shops and restaurants, a block from the Tiki Hut, The Beach House Resort, and just a few blocks from Coligny Plaza, which offers a variety of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

This modern, first floor, 2 bedroom 2 bath flat is located in South Forest Beach and just a quick walk to the beach and Coligny plaza. As you enter the foyer, the updated, fully stocked kitchen will be located to your right. Newly tiled floors and granite counter tops will please the chef in your group. Right past the kitchen is the dining area which features seating for six. The beautifully decorated living room features more than enough seating for everyone to enjoy watching a movie after a long day at the beach. From the living room you can enjoy the amazing view of a tranquil pond with a fountain.
The master bedroom features a King bed with a full bath and television. The guest room has a bunk with 2 twins and an additional double/full bed. Both rooms have a full bathroom..
This Courtside villa is fully furnished and totally equipped. Layout of villa includes 2 private bedrooms, each with large private bath, a full modern kitchen, dining room, large living room and private deck to the pool. Standard appliances include, washer/dryer, central AC, refrigerator with ice maker, cookware, coffee pot, toaster, drinking glasses and all utensils. This rental includes all bath & bed liens and starter supply of soaps & tissues. Villa is 1200 sq. ft.
Courtside is located just steps away from the ocean in the Forest Beach area of Hilton Head… one of Island’s most popular locations. In addition to being within walking distance to the beach you are also close to Coligny Plaza, tennis, golf, bike trails and jogging paths. In addition to being close to the beach, many fine restaurants and shopping are also within easy walking distance!

We spent 9 nights in the townhouse and were delighted with the property, with all the things you need for a wonderful vacation (location, cleanliness, only a short walk to the beach and an owner very easy to work with). We had a wonderful stay at the villa while in HHI for a month. Initially we had to dodge Hurricane Irma, and we're glad the owner was able to push out our arrival for a week...Hooray! The villa is very close to the beach, a walk just a few minutes away. Loved the villa, easy access to the pool and local amenities. Looking forward to coming back again next year

We have been coming to Hilton Head for about 8 years. This was our favorite condo, especially for the price. Location is a lot closer than we even thought and we enjoyed the walk. Plenty of space for everyone. Our kids really enjoyed their time in the pool too.

Nice place and location. The owner was very responsive to our needs...thank you! She went above and beyond. We appreciated being able to bike/ walk to the beach as well as use the tennis courts daily. The condo isn't fancy but had everything we needed. Great to be able to keep up with some laundry too! Thank you also for the use of the beach chairs and boogie boards.

Beautiful property. Owner has decorated it beautifully and we were very comfortable. This is a very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the ground level. It is a short walk to the beach. There was a surprisingly large pool right outside our door. It was actually larger than the pictures portrayed. The place was very clean. Very efficient. It was very beautifully decorated. The owner had everything there that we could need to make our stay of very pleasant one. I would highly recommend this owner and this condo for your Hilton Head stay

Prime Location! We initially visited Hilton Head nine years ago. We stayed near Port Royal. We definitely preferred this location. It was less than a five minute walk to the beach access. A five - 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza. The plaza has a variety of eateries, Piggly Wiggly market and shops. During the height of the season you could easily leave your car at the villa & walk/ bike to a variety of places. From our initial inquiry to our departure, The owner was extremely responsive to our questions/ needs. The condo was immaculate. The rooms were spacious. Being an end unit, the condo had a lot of natural lighting. The living room sliding glass doors overlook the pool area. We experienced cool weather so the sheltered patio area was a pleasant way to enjoy the afternoon sun. It is obvious that the owners have spent time and effort to update the villa and make their place a welcoming environment. we look forward to visiting again.

The condo was wonderful! The condo was stocked with all the kitchen necessities, comfortable beds and it was very clean. It was walking distance to the beach, great restaurants and shopping areas. Owner was excellent to work with and very informative. We loved being right near the beach along with the pool right next to our patio. We will definitely visit again. I would recommend this property to my friends and family. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.

Perfect for our family! This condo was perfect for our family of 5! It was spacious and clean and just down right PERFECT! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The awesome pool was right outside our back door and it was a perfect walk or bike ride to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. We had the best week on HHI and had the perfect condo! Great condo, Great location!!! Spent a wonderful week with my husband. This condo certainly contributed to making our time in HHI very enjoyable. It's location is perfect!!! Within walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and yet it's in a quiet residential area. Inside the condo was very clean and stylishly decorated. It had everything you could possibly need to feel "right at home"!!! The owner and management company were very nice to deal with and always accessible to help out with any questions or concerns. We will definitely return to stay at this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit HHI!!!

Winter break was great! Needed a little winter break from the NJ cold weather. This was a perfect spot. Close to all the shops and great food. Beach is only a few minute walk. We played tennis every day and Van der meer and liked that perk very much. Unit is right near the pool

Very comfortable, clean, and convenient! Our stay at this condo was wonderful! We arrived to find the house very clean, comfortable and spacious. The complex is located in a very nice quiet residential area with an easy walk to the beach. The condo itself is well furnished, clean and tastefully decorated. The pool is great and located basically right outside the back door. We felt right at home! We made breakfast and lunch most days, and ate out on a couple of occasions as well. The "Fat Baby's" pizza place located a mile or so away is an excellent place for a cheap pizza or pasta meal. The owner and management company was great to deal with and very responsive anytime we had questions about anything. I would highly recommend this condo and we most definitively look forward to visit again soon. Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay - Clean, Convenient, Updated and Great for my Family. My family of four stayed at this property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The condo was clean, with great amenities and convenient to all. It really felt like our own home and we would absolutely return each year! My husband and I repeatedly said during the week how lucky we were that we found this property because of how wonderful, clean and convenient it was. We said throughout the week that our parents, who are older, and siblings, who have older and/or no children, would be so happy there too!
There is a pool outside the back door and a wonderful turtle pond that my children enjoyed. We had an easy short walk to the beach that even my three year old could handle. We could also walk easily to the town center where we enjoyed dinner, ice cream and more beach opportunities. My husband and I also found it easy to go for runs along the shore and around the town from this location. The place itself was perfect. The kitchen was clean and updated. The living room was comfortable and the flat screen tv was perfect for evening movie watching with my daily. The bathrooms were also clean and updated. There was also convenient parking outside of the condo. I'm trying to think of something negative that I could say but it was truly an all around positive experience and I can't think of anything I was not happy with. We had 100 percent satisfaction and would absolutely go back. You won't be disappointed with this property! Enjoy your stay!

Spacious & close to everything. It's been 10 years since I have taken the family to HHI & this was a nice welcome back.. The condo was very clean & spacious. About a block walk or bike ride to the wonderful beach. After the 15 hour commute down I did not want to get back in my car & I did not have to, for the entire week. Great shopping & restaurants are all close by. The grounds were very well kept & the Tennis center next door was very accomodating. My wife, children 16 & 13 & I had a great time. Steamers, the Plantation cafe & Redfish were a few of our favorite restaurants. Will definitely go back.
