Roomy, Family beach home with very large pool in fully fenced backyard!

New to the rental market! Walk up the street just 2 short blocks (3 minutes) to expansive North Forest Beach beach! This spacious home is on a quiet, family friendly street, with a neighborhood feel. Set on 1/3 acre, you have a fully private, fenced in back yard, which encloses the pool. This location offers close proximity to miles of bike paths, over 20 golf courses, and shopping throughout the Coligny Plaza and other nearby areas.

This is a great home for a fun vacation! We have 4 sleeping areas, including 3 bedrooms and a loft bedroom, with sleeper sofa. There is a large living area that is set up like a game room.

Bedding consists of 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Twins, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. The downstairs has 1 Master Queen, with en suite bath, 1 bedroom with Twin bunk beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single Twin beds. The 2 twin bedrooms share a hall bath, with tub/shower combo. There is 1 King & 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft bedroom, with en suite bath. While this area is not visible from the other areas of the home, it does not close off from the downstairs completely, so it is better for late to be guests or heavy sleepers. 

There is a nice separation of space in this home, and the pool area is very private from all sides. This is a great home for children and pets, due to the fully fenced back yard.

The beach at the end of Mallard is never crowded as this in the middle of a residential/rental neighborhood. You will want to return year after year to this fun family beach home!
